Because of the special nature of digital goods, if we have already shipped, it is not refundable, only two cases can be refunded.
1 We have not sent you the goods you bought.
2 After we verify, the item you sent is not what you want to buy.

Return/Exchange Process:

1. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Please email [email protected] reason of return, and an Return Authorization number/confirmation will be issued to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 days.
